Applications for the Compraverde Buygreen Award 2025 are open until 24 April

20 February 2025

The Compraverde Buygreen Award is back for 2025 with an important new feature: for the first time, applications will be open to European organisations. The calls for application are available online and it will be possible to participate until 24 April 2025.

Every year, the Forum Compraverde Buygreen selects and rewards the best Green Public Procurement (GPP) practices, with a particular focus on strategic sectors such as catering, cultural and sporting activities, healthcare and sustainable building. The award recognises innovative experiences that integrate environmental, social and sustainability criteria into public procurement, contributing to ecological transition and the spread of responsible purchasing models.

After careful selection and evaluation by national and international experts, the Compraverde Buygreen Award will be presented during the 19th edition of the Compraverde Buygreen Forum, to be held on 14 and 15 May 2025 at the WeGil Palace in Rome.
